DUPONT: Tredici Enoteca Debuts Weekend Jazz Brunch Service - Starts April 1st

Tredici Enoteca has announced the introduction of weekend jazz brunch service at Tredici Enoteca at The St. Gregory Hotel (Tredici D.C.), located at 2033 M Street, NW.  This weekend dining adventure will debut Saturday, April 1st and will be available every Saturday and Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Executive Chef Carlos Aparicio’s new brunch menu features a collection of classic American staples along with dishes influenced by Greece and Italy.  Guests can enjoy dishes from the following categories: Healthy Start, Power Breakfast, and Brunch along with five distinctive brunch cocktails. 

Items featured on the Healthy Start section of the menu include Greek Yogurt with berries and granola; Oatmeal with Vermont maple syrup and apples and the Seasonal Fruit Plate.  Standouts from the Power Breakfast section of the menu include the Omelet with wild mushrooms, spinach and goat cheese; Eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon or smoked salmon and hollandaise; Smoked Salmon with onions, capers and cream cheese, served on an English muffin; Avocado Toast with poached eggs, breakfast hash, chives and shallots, as well as the Breakfast Wrap with scrambled eggs, cheddar and avocado, served with a choice of bacon, chicken sausage or veggies.  All Power Breakfast items are served with seasonal fruit.

Those looking for hearty Brunch staples will want to consider the Challah French Toast with apples and maple syrup; Huevos Rancheros, corn tortillas, tomatillo salsa and poached eggs; Shakshuka, tomato stew with poached egg and green olives; Doughnut Sandwich with a fried egg, maple chicken sausage and American cheese; Moroccan Egg Scramble with arugula, red pepper, chickpeas and cilantro, served with flatbread; Steak Frites, 12oz New York strip, served with house cut fries, sunny side up egg and truffle mayo; Verde Salad, shaved Brussels sprouts, apples, broccoli, crispy bacon, sunny side up egg and dijonnaise dressing, as well as the Fried Chicken & Waffles, rosemary waffle, breakfast potatoes and maple-sausage gravy.  A variety of sides will also be available and include Applewood Bacon; Tredici Potatoes with shishito peppers, onions and melted cheese and Chicken Sausage along with freshly shucked oysters, shrimp cocktail and stone crab claws priced from $1 to $4 per piece.  Prices range from $5 to $7 for sides, and from $8 to $35 for brunch entrées. 

For the perfect beverage pairing at Tredici D.C., brunch-goers can enjoy Veuve Clicquot and Veuve Clicquot Rosé, which will be available at a special value of $9 per glass and $45 per bottle for the brut and $11 per glass and $55 per bottle for the rosé.  A selection of brunch cocktails will also be available and include the Oyster, shooter vodka, hot sauce, tomato juice and lemon; Bloody Maria, mezcal, house-made smoked & spiced tomato juice; Raspberry Lemon Mimosa with Prosecco, house-made lemonade and fresh berries; Bellini with Prosecco and fresh peach purée and the White Wine Sangria with macerated fruit and fresh squeezed juice.  Alcoholic concoctions are priced at $12 each.
 
To help set the mood, Andy Kushner Entertainment Design will provide combinations of musicians from their various five acts, including Rhythm6 and SoundConnection (Pictured above), to perform during brunch service, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Guests can anticipate soloists, duos, and trios performing light jazz and pop to elevate the Tredici D.C. brunch experience.
