DOWNTOWN: The Hay-Adams Jazzes Up Sunday Brunch in January

Sunday, January 8th through Sunday, January 29th, a rotating list of jazz artists play exclusively during Sunday Brunch service from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM.

The Hay-Adams’ Vice President & General Manager, Hans Bruland invites guests to enjoy the new year with January Jazz At The Hay while sampling Executive Chef Nicolas Legret’s festive Sunday Brunch from 11:30 AM to 2 PM, in The Lafayette. Beginning Sunday, January 8th through Sunday, January 29th, patrons can indulge in a variety of local and seasonally-inspired menu offerings, enhanced by live jazz stylings. Legret’s three-course brunch menu is priced at $80.00 per person or $40.00 for children 12 years and younger (tax and gratuity not included). The first course offers diners a visit to an appetizer buffet featuring an array of starters and salads, followed by a choice of plated entrĂ©e, such as Lobster Omelette, with white beech and shiitake mushroom, Brussel sprouts; Crab Cake Benedict with poached egg, spinach, oyster mushroom, tarragon hollandaise; Maryland Wild Rockfish with eggplant, peppers, caponata; Black Angus Fillet Mignon, fingerling potatoes, Romanesco, organic egg or Mascarpone Pancake with forest berry coulis, graham cracker crumbs. For a sweet finish, Pastry Chef Josh Short offers a tempting dessert display sure to delight the senses.Brunch selections are complemented with a delicious beverage of choice, such as a glass of Taittinger Champagne, a classic Bloody Mary, or a Strawberry Orange Mimosa. Freshly brewed coffee and Mighty Leaf Tea are also included with the brunch.
