ARLINGTON: Barley Mac to Host Pig Roast & Bourbon Bash - Nov 19

Chef Mike Cordero Celebrates the Start of Winter with All-You-Can-Eat Roasted Pig, Bourbon and Spiked Hot Drinks
Come get toasty with roasted pig and bourbon! On Saturday, November 19, Barley Mac, the American comfort food and whiskey restaurant, will host a Pig Roast and Bourbon Bash. Guests are invited to warm up from the November chill with unlimited roasted pig and select bourbon tastings from 1-5 p.m.
In keeping with the pork theme, Chefs Mike Cordero and Jeremy Magnanelli will also offer a variety of sides including a pork gumbo stew, pork barbecue sliders and crispy pork jambalaya rice

Barley Mac will also serve hot spiked cider and hot toddies to keep guests warm on the outdoor patio. Tickets for the Pig Roast and Bourbon Bash are $30 and are available for purchase at www.barleymacva.com/pig-roast-bourbon-bash/.
