CHINATOWN: Bantam King Debuts New Spicy Miso Ramen Tomorrow, Saturday, September 17th, First 25 Diners to Enjoy One Free Bowl!

Beginning tomorrow - Saturday, September 17th - at lunch service (11:30am), Bantam King the second Japanese ramen shop to open in Washington DC from the talented team behind Daikaya - will debut the latest addition to their popular Japanese noodle soup line-up - with the launch of their new Spicy Miso Ramen.

Priced at $13.75 per bowl, Executive Chef Katsuya Fukushima and team have been hard at work developing the recipe for their spicy miso ramen for months and specifically created it to compliment Bantam King’s rich and complex chicken paitan stock as well as the notable ramen eatery’s custom-made noodles. Rather than opting to serve a regular "spicy" ramen option, it was important that the team behind Bantam King create a complete dish that was well balanced. The umami from the miso is also very prominent in Bantam King's Spicy Miso Ramen.
