PENN QTR: Zengo Offers an Artful Blend of Latin-Asian Styles and Flavors for Summer Restraunt Week - August 15 - 28

Located in the bustling Chinatown neighborhood, Zengo offers an artful blend of Latin-Asian styles and flavors.  Together, Chef/Owner Richard Sandoval and newly appointed Chef de Cuisine Neiman Lee spin regional ingredients into beautifully balanced dishes designed for sharing.

For lunch, one can take pleasure in a three-course lunch priced at $22 per person.  The lunch begins with a choice of;
  • Chipotle Miso Soup 
  • Zengo Seasonal Salad, mixed greens, zucchini, tomato and pecans with a sesame-ginger vinaigrette
Follow this with a choice of entrée which can be served as a sandwich along with French fries or in a bowl with white or brown rice.  Entrée choice include; 

  • KFC Chicken, crispy sesame crust, gochujang sauce, onion jam and scallions
  • Bulgogi Poblano, bulgogi marinated brisket, poblano, onion and sesame
  • El Cubano, peppery roasted pork, sweet ham, Chihuahua cheese, pickle and jalapeno mustard.
For dessert, restaurant-goers will enjoy Churros with Mexican chocolate.

The dinner menu allows guests to select one small plate, soup or salad, one large plate, and one dessert from a selection of daily specials.

Zengo will be extending their Restaurant Week offering from August 15-28.  Zengo is open for lunch Monday through Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and dinner Sunday through Thursday, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday, from 5 p.m. to 12 Midnight.
