PENN QTR: 701 Restaurant’s Restaurant Week Menu will be Available From August 15-28

For Summer Restaurant Week, 701 Restaurant, Executive Chef Benjamin Lambert will offer a special featured three-course menu during lunch and dinner service.
Highlights include  
  • Heirloom Tomato Salad with burrata, wasabi caviar and a honey yozu vinaigrette
  • Corn Soup with corn bread streusel, bacon and chili lime sorbet
  • Tuna Tartare with sushi rice ice cream, ponzu and wasabi oil 
  • Gnocchi with duck ragout, goat cheese and black olives
  • Compressed Watermelon Salad with whipped feta, red beet- muhammara and Anaheim chilies Grilled Peaches with goat cheese, peach gazpacho, scallion and hazelnut
  • Cauliflower Shawarma with hummus, golden raisin, tomato and lavash
  • Salmon with shiitake, clams, chive blossoms and coconut broth;  
  • Skate Wing with cucumber salad and XO sauce
  • Chitarra Pasta with rabbit sausage, mustard, arugula and pickled peaches
  • Roast Pork Loin with couscous, apricot, summer squash and tomato sauce

For dessert, guests can enjoy tempting choices such as  
  • Elderflower Parfait with peaches, coconut and almond streusel
  • Corn Cremeux with blueberries, yogurt streusel and Champagne
  • Molten Chocolate Cake with salted caramel and vanilla ice cream
701 Restaurant’s Restaurant Week menu will be available from August 15-28.  Lunch is served Monday through Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., and dinner is served Monday and Tuesday, from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday, from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Friday, from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday, from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday, from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
