DOWNTOWN: Bibiana’s Osteria-Enoteca Restaurant Week Menu will be Available from August 15-28

Bibiana Osteria-Enoteca located at 1100 New York Ave, NW, (entrance on 12th and H Streets side) they will be offering classic Italian menu featuring a choice of antipasti, secondi and dolci prepared by Executive Chef Jake Addeo for this summers Restaurant Week.

Beginning with the primi, guests will choose from tempting starters such as 
  • Carciofi alla Romana, Roman-style fried baby artichokes with mint, lemon and pecorino romano 
  • Crudo, Chef’s selection of Italian-style sashimi with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt 
  • Frittelle, crispy prosciutto cotto & ricotta “arancini” with pistachio pesto and pickled watermelon rind.  
Entrées include;
  • Agnolotti del Plin, rabbit confit & chickpea pinched ravioli with pecorino-mint fonduta
  • Risotto al Pomodoro, Roma tomato ‘stained’ risotto with summer squash and backed ricotta salata 
  • Calamari, grilled ‘Nduja stuffed local squid with herb roasted San Marzano tomatoes, fennel and mustard seeds
  • Pancia di Agnello, roasted & pressed lamb belly with garlic scapes, pan-fried polenta and spiced Sicilian chocolate glaze.

For the perfect ending, a selection of tempting dessert will be available.  Highlights include; 

  • Sweet Corn Panna Cotta with mixed berry salad, black garlic crema and pickled mulberry granita
  • Cetriolo, roasted blackberry and barley cake with yogurt crisps, compressed cucumber and rose sorbet
  • Torta, strawberry tart with basil emulsion, strawberry mousse and vanilla sorbet 
  • Cioccolato, dark chocolate mousse dome with white chocolate ganache, vanilla crisp and caramel gelato. 
Bibiana’s Restaurant Week menu will be available from August 15-28.  Lunch is served Monday through Friday, from 11:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m., and dinner is served Monday through Thursday, from 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
