U STREET: Make Lupo Verde Is The Place to Watch The 2016 UEFA European Championship Headquarters

Lupo Verde, located in the bustling 14^th Street corridor at 1401 T Street, NW, 20009, is encouraging fútbol fans to come cheer their favorite team as they compete in the 2016 UEFA European Championship.

The popular Italian restaurant will be showing the Euro Cup beginning with the 3 PM game on Friday, June 10^th.  Matches airing at 12 PM will be shown exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.  Matches airing at 3 PM will be shown daily throughout the duration of the tournament.  Additionally, Lupo Verde will extend their Aperitivo Hour by an additional thirty minutes, beginning at 3 PM, throughout the month-long event.

 Lupo Verde’s new summer Aperitivo Hour menu features authentic, rustic, Italian fare with two small plate antipasti dishes, priced from $5 to $8, which are prepared by Executive Chef Domenico Apollaro.  Available Monday through Friday, Aperitivo Hour will be served from 3 PM to 6 PM, from June 10^th through July 10^th, exclusively at the bar and on the open-air patio.  Guests can enjoy Cuppitiello, crispy sardines, shrimp and zucchini with edible flowers and Meyer Lemon aioli, and the Patatona, rustic fried potatoes with house-made spicy ketchup.  For the perfect pairing, one can sip craft cocktails, beer and wine priced from $6 to $8. New seasonal cocktails to toast the warm weather include the Peppino, gin, limoncello, lemon juice, prosecco and orange bitters. Lupo Verde is also offering a wine, cheese and charcuterie plate for $10 during Aperitivo Hour.  Fans can root for their favorite UEFA Euro 2016 fútbol teams while watching on one of the restaurant’s four flat screen TV’s.
