ARLINGTON: Palette 22 Debuts New Beverage Program Bringing an International Flair to Arlington

Palette 22, the newest venture from Alexandria Restaurant Partners (ARP) located at 4053 Campbell Avenue, Arlington has unveiled its new beverage program to pair with the menus of globally-inspired small plates. Thirsty diners and art lovers alike can take pleasure in unique, original craft cocktails highlighting international flavors and spirits, which are influenced by world famous art and artists.

Palette 22's signature red and white authentic Spanish Sangria's with apples, oranges, limes, lemons are priced at $6.50 per glass, or $23 when ordered by the pitcher. The restaurant’s expansive 45-seat island bar also features an extensive wine list of international varietals by the glass and bottle, as well as draft beer lines, featuring seasonally rotating beers from local, regional, and nationally popular craft and small brewers.

Craft cocktail highlights include Pina A La Parilla with Slow & Low rye, smoked pineapple syrup, and habanero water; Jamaican Daquiri with Appleton V/X rum, coconut, hibiscus-all spice syrup, and lime juice; Impressionism with Tanqueray Sterling vodka, prosecco, lemon juice, Asian pear, sake, and clove; Van Man Gogh with Gran Centenario Azul Repo tequila, mango syrup, orange & lime juices, cumin, and white pepper; Kiwi Ginger Collins with Citadelle gin, kiwi & ginger syrups, and lime juice; Peruvian Negroni with Macchu pisco, Campari, Dolin Blanc vermouth, and orange bitters, and the What The Fuzz? with Tanqueray Sterling vodka, Massenz Crème de Peche, ginger syrup, and lemon juice.Craft cocktails range in price from $10 to $12. Additionally, guests can enjoy two Japanese Sakes, Sasanigori, Shirakawago,Chubu,JP, available in a 300 ml bottle and priced at $32, as well as Dry, Ozeki,Hollister,CA priced at $6 by the glass, and $20 by the bottle.

Guests can also enjoy Happy Hour at Palette 22, available all day on Mondays and Tuesday through Friday from 4 PM to 7 PM. Guests can take advantage of special prices on a selection of Palette 22's modern street food small plate dishes with an international flavor including Wild Mushroom Flatbreadwith roasted garlic and truffle oil; Fried Eggplant Flatbread withroasted garlic, mozzarella, tomatoes, and olives; Jerk Chicken Flatbread with mango-pineapple salsa; Asado De Cordero Flatbread with roasted lamb, eggs, and muhammara;Bacon & Eggs Flatbreadwith pork belly, caramelized onions, and smoked cheddar; Jucy Lucy Sliders with American cheese stuffed Creekstone Farms beef, 1000 island, and pickles; Cuban Sliders with pulled pork, sweet ham, pickles, and Swiss cheese; Baja Fish Tacos with crisp Mahi Mahi and cabbage-jalapeño-cilantro slaw; Tacos Vampiros with skirt steak, Serrano rajas, avocado, chipotle salsa, and queso cotija, and Tacos Al Pastor with achiote marinated pork, charred onions, and pineapple salsa.  Happy Hour food ranges in price from $2.22 to $5.22.  For the perfect pairing, guests can enjoy incentive-priced libations such as Main Street Chardonnay or Cabernet, signature Red and White Sangria, Rail Liquor, and all 16 oz. Draft Beers priced at $4.22, as well as all Signature Cocktails priced at $7.22.
