LOGAN: Thanksgiving at BlackSalt and Pearl Dive (Take it Home for the Holiday)





Black Restaurant Group can take care of Thanksgiving this year with a bounty of take home options from BlackSalt Fish Market & Restaurant and Pearl Dive Oyster Palace. The offerings include holiday favorites and personal touches from BalckSalt executive chef Mike Huff and pastry chef Susan Wallace, and newly appointed Pearl Dive pastry chef, Brittney Gress.

Whether it’s a five-course catered meal, a brined and seasoned Murray’s Amish turkey, fresh half-shell oysters, or a sweet treat to cap off the meal, BlackSalt & Pearl Dive Oyster Palace have options available for every at-home need.

Pearl Dive Oyster Palace’s Pastry Chef Brittney Gress offers a homemade touch to Thanksgiving, presenting an array of handcrafted pies ranging from classic Pumpkin Pie to the restaurant’s signature Brazos River Bottom Pecan Pie with bourbon and rum infused custard & Brazos River Bottom native pecans. Also available - Addie’s beloved rolls, by the dozen. All orders must be placed by November 23 and can be made by calling 202.319.1612, and the full menu is available below.

At BlackSalt, customers have the option of fully outfitting the Thanksgiving table with a turkey, stuffing, biscuits, gravy and other traditional fare, or simply complementing their home-cooked dishes with sides and desserts. In a nod to the popular fish market, a variety of seafood specialties like clam chowder, freshly shucked oysters and house-cured salmon will be available.
