BROOKLAND: Brookland's Finest Bar & Kitchen and Sloppy Mama's Barbeque - Special Menu Between September 7 and 13

Beginning on Labor Day, Brookland's Finest Bar & Kitchen will offer a week-long collaborative menu with Sloppy Mama's Barbeque featuring sandwiches and smoked meat entrees. 

 Chef Shannan Troncoso will serve the special menu between September 7 and 13, and will feature dishes with Kansas City and Georgia Gold sauces such as:

• Smoked Chicken Muffuletta Panini: Olive Tapenade, Smoked Mozzarella Cheese, Olli Prosciutto, Sundried Tomato Dipping Sauce, Hand Cut Chips ($13)
• Beef Brisket Sandwich: Cole Slaw, Choice of Sauce (Kansas City and Georgia Gold), Brioche Bread, House Cut Fries ($14)
• Pork Ribs: Bacon Mac and Cheese, Spicy Greens, Cole Slaw ($20)
• Beef Brisket: Buttery Mashed Potatoes, Sauteed Spinach, Cole Slaw ($22)

Dessert rounds out the menu with a S’mores Rice Crispy Bar with Graham Cracker Ice Cream ($8). In addition to this special menu, the restaurant will also serve its weekend brunch menu on Labor Day, found here.
