BETHESDA: Black’s Bar and Kitchen Hosts Five Course Wine Dinner Featuring Sonoma’s Moshin Vineyards and Local Retailer Vino Volo

Black’s Bar and Kitchen will feature a five course wine dinner with pairings from Moshin Vineyards, a Sonoma vineyard near the Russian River that specializes in sustainable, minimally invasive winemaking. Moshin uses four-tier gravity flow, a less common production method, which allows for gentle handling and minimizes oxidation during production. Guests will taste the winery’s Rosé, Pinot Noir, Zinfandel and a Sauvignon Blanc/Semillion blend; partnering retailer, Vino Volo, will offer a special bottle price for guests.

Executive Chef Dane Sewlall has created a menu of hearty, seasonal American dishes. Highlights include a Spice Crusted Swordfish, Port Braised Duck Breast and Coffee Rubbed Filet Mignon. Coursing and pairings include:
