SHAW: Douglas Development to Start Construction on Their Next Project in Blagden Alley

The fencing will soon be replaced with construction fencing

The Gang of Three is nearing completion, and Douglas Development is wasting no time in starting its next project, at 920 N Street NW (Rear) in the vacant lot next to Rogue24. According to Blagden Alley Naylor Court Association (BANCA) construction of a 2-story building is due to start on or near the 15th June 2015. (Preliminary construction schedule is 8 months).

Douglas Development has received their DCRA Foundation-To-Grade Permit which allows them to excavate for, and install the foundation.  The Building Permit is pending. Douglas Development already have a DDOT Occupancy Public Space Permit which allows them to install construction fencing around the perimeter of the project - this will be installed once they start construction.
