"My classes are geared toward DC professionals who want to cook and eat healthy meals, but don't have a ton of time to dabble in the kitchen. This two-hour class will be hands-on - we will make a healthy and filling dinner (which we will eat together at the end of class), and transform the leftovers into lunch for the next day (participants will take the lunch home with them). The ticket price also includes a drink from Brick & Mortar (the bar downstairs at Prequel) to enjoy with dinner!"

"Downtown has been lacking in cooking classes since Zola Kitchen left - one of many reasons I am so excited to be a part of this new venture"
