Ditto Residential are prepping the
site at Blagden Alley and M Street - prior to start work. The site has been fenced off, and DDOT permits for "Roll-Off Debris Container" that will be parked on M Street adjacent to the project site. No word yet as to an actual construction date, but as you can see below, the DDOT Permit is for 4/21 thru 10/17...so imminent seems a fairly good guess

Blagden Alley is in a
"build-mode" with The Gang of Three, reaching its construction end, 926 N Street (at Blagden Alley) in mid-construction. Plans are well in advance for SB-Urban's twin-plex apartment buildings, there are new plans in place for 920 N Street (rear) which is adjacent to Rogue 24 for another structure that will house a new restaurant. So local residents...its gonna be a constant job finding your way through/around the Alley for quite a while.
