10th Street NW at Blagden Alley seems to be getting its act together (maybe). 1211 10th Street is now looking like a house finally, after the developer allowed its disintegration...I still haven't seen any renderings of the final property...so we will have to wait and see.

The adjacent 1209 10th Street NW is now planning to build a 2 - unit rowhouse - they will start the process by appearing before the
Historic Preservation Review Board on May 28th (open to the public)
