Bethesda: Easter and Lamb Cooking Class at Black's Bar & Kitchen

An Easter inspired cooking class that Chef Dane Sewlall from Black's Bar & Kitchen in Bethesda will host at the restaurant is set for March 21st.
Chef Dane will teach attendees how to make Easter lunch with confidence and will revisit a holiday classic, leading a hands-on cooking demonstration where guests learn how to make the perfect leg of lamb, which will be sourced from Elysian Fields.

Black's Bar & Kitchen's wine team will also teach attendees the basics of pairing wine with classic Easter dishes, so they can easily choose wine pairings when cooking at home.
The demo will also include a 3-course lunch with a main course wine pairing - the menu includes a carrot bisque, a mixed green salad, and lamb with Israeli couscous (green olives, macerated golden raisins, kale) and salsa verde.

The lunch and lamb demo will be hosted on March 21 from 11:00 a.m. to noon, and is $75 per person, including the cooking demonstration, lunch with wine pairing and a take-home recipe packet with detailed instructions.

Reservations can be made by calling 301.652.5525 or emailing blacksbarandkitchenbethesda@gmail.com.
