Quick Shots #88: 1505 9th St. NW Gets Go Ahead for Tiny Development

 

Way back in May 2013, Badwolfdc wrote about a planned development in Shaw, at 1505 9th Street NW. This property is impossibly small, 13-feet, 4-inches wide and sits between the Queen of Sheba Ethiopian restaurant and the Shiloh Child Development Center. Well, the permits are finally approved, the developers (Redwood Ventures) signs are up. This will be an interesting one to follow;
