There are finally some signs of progress at Douglas Jamal's Gang of Three project on 9th Street NW. Running behind 'published' schedule, the project that renovates the three Victorians, and adds to the rear, in Blagden Alley has now revealed its facade - and it is so good. We now have an idea of the new/old street-scape. The rear will follow in short order now that problems with below grade construction is resolved...check out the refurbish 'old ladies'

The rear of the building, facing Blagden Alley, will be home to a new cafe/restaurant and office space.
